Special Issue Opportunity with Tourism & Hospitality (MDPI)

The Global Agritourism Conference 2026 (GAC 2026), is collaborating with the Global Agritourism Network (GAN) and the MDPI journal Tourism & Hospitality. This partnership will result in a Special Issue dedicated exclusively to research presented at GAC 2026.

This initiative strengthens the scientific impact of GAC 2026 and supports the global agritourism research community by offering meaningful incentives for high‑quality scholarly contributions.

Only authors who present their work at GAC 2026 are eligible to submit to the Special Issue.

Conference participation is therefore a mandatory requirement for consideration to benefit from significant publication advantages:

• Full publication fee waivers for the top 20% of high‑quality papers, as recommended by the GAN Guest Editorial Team.

• At least 50% discount on publication fees for all other accepted submissions.

• Eligibility for the Best Paper Award, sponsored by Tourism & Hospitality, offering prizes.

• Increased international visibility through promotion of the Special Issue and GAC 2026 across Tourism & Hospitality’s website, newsletters, and social media channels.
