Local Produce

The Global Agritourism Conference menu will showcase the very best of Scotland’s seasonal bounty, with over 90% of dishes sourced directly from named Scottish farms, complemented by fresh fish from the Aberdeenshire fishing community.

In partnership with P&J Live, the conference will feature fresh, seasonal produce from 20 farms, many of which are Scottish Agritourism members, supplying salads, herbs, vegetables, soft fruit, cheese, eggs, Scotch Beef, ice cream, and home baking.

The Scottish Government has provided support towards sourcing food and drink from Scottish producers.

Gala Dinner Menu

Each dish is crafted in partnership with the chefs at P&J Live to celebrate the land, the producers, and Scotland’s rich food heritage.

“Scotland is home to one of the very finest larders in the world,” says Graham Mutch, Food and Beverage Manager at P&J Live. “For our chefs to be able to celebrate these ingredients and their members, then to serve them to hundreds of delegates as carefully crafted dishes is something very special.”
