Applications to Present at the Global Agritourism Conference, June 2026

Our ambition is that the conference will provide delegates with the opportunity to hear from engaging speakers from throughout the globe, on a range of topics related to agritourism which will inspire, inform and prompt debate.

Representatives from around the globe are invited to apply to present at the conference across one of these themes:

  1. Agritourism Policy – Help or Hinderance?

  2. Agritourism Data from around the globe: Key Metrics

  3. Consumer Trends – And their impact on Agritourism Growth

  4. Making the Pie Bigger – The Role of Agritourism in Sustaining Family Farms and Rural Communities

  5. Innovation in Agritourism

  6. Agritourism – The Sales Arm of Agriculture

There are

  • 64 speaking slots in breakout sessions

  • 4 different breakout sessions with 4 speakers in each session, 15 minutes per presentation

  • Up to 250 delegates in the audience in each session

  • 1/3 of speaking slots for case study farmers, people running and operating agritourism and farm retail businesses

  • 1/3 of speaking slots for researchers and economists, academics and researchers, representatives from economic development and destination management organisations, politicians and industry leaders

  • 1/3 of speaking slots will be open to the top proposals from either of the previous two speaking slot types
