Learning Journey 1 & 2 (Pre-Conference)

2 Days Edinburgh to Aberdeen

Delegates are encouraged to arrive in Edinburgh on Friday 19th June and enjoy one or two days experiencing Scotland’s largest gathering of farming life at the Royal Highland Show, on the outskirts of the City adjacent to the airport. Delegates can also enjoy spending time in the historic City of Edinburgh, Scotland’s capital.

Two separate two-day Learning Journeys will leave Edinburgh early on Sunday 21st June and head north, staying in the City of Dundee, at the mid-way point to Aberdeen, that night.

Each Learning Journeys will visit six agritourism and farm retail businesses each during Sunday and Monday, joining together on the Sunday evening for an on-farm BBQ close to Dundee.

Delegates will reach Aberdeen on the Monday evening before the main conference begins the following morning.
